The Godai Ninpo Club is a non-profit
martial art training group assembled on the
U of M campus. Its
focus is to provide members a great martial
arts training experience in a fun and friendly,
relaxed atmosphere.
This is a complete, comprehensive, no-nonsense
self-defense system. The focus is on real life
defense as applied to real life situations and
practical, useful physical conditioning. Emphasis
is placed on leaping, ducking, rolling, and
dodging as methods of gross and fine motor movements.
The core curriculum embodies the following: |

Movement (ducking, dodging, falling, leaping,
rolling and
